Delegations will be allocated a maximum of five minutes to present their opinions to the committee. Delegations must register prior to the meeting and no later than 12:00 noon on November 1, 2024. Persons not registering by the deadline will not be allowed to address the committee.

  • Recommendation:

    That the minutes from the October 7, 2024 and October 15, 2024 meetings of the Heritage Guelph Committee, be approved.

  • Recommended Motion:

    That Heritage Guelph recommends to City Council the continuation of the Heritage Guelph mandate as the Heritage Advisory Committee.

  • Recommended Motion:

    That Heritage Guelph appoints _____ to delegate on behalf of the committee on the "37 Christie Lane: Notice of Intention to Designate" at the November 13, 2024 Council Planning meeting.

  • Recommended Motion:

    That Heritage Guelph supports the heritage attributes identified for 328-332 Woolwich Street as outlined in the staff report dated November 4, 2024; and


    That Heritage Guelph recommends that City Council give notice of its intention to designate 328-332 Woolwich Street pursuant to Part IV, Section 29 of the Ontario Heritage Act.

    That the comments provided by Heritage Guelph members on the '136 Glasgow St: Cultural Heritage Evaluation Report’ be provided to staff and Council for their consideration.

    That the comments provided by Heritage Guelph members on the '59 Green Street St: Cultural Heritage Evaluation Report’ be provided to staff and Council for their consideration.
