• Recommendation:
  1. That the minutes of the open Council Meetings held December 10 and 11, 2024, and the Committee of the Whole Meeting held December 4, 2024, be confirmed as recorded and without being read.

• Recommendation:
  1.  That City Council approve the proposed amendments to the Waste Management By-law to align with the Blue Box Regulation.

City Council Expense Policy, 2025-06

• Recommendation:
  1. That the updated City Council Expense Policy, included as Attachment-1 to report 2025-06, be approved.

Future in Focus - Guelph's Advocacy Plan - 2025-09

• Recommendation:
  1. That Future in Focus: Guelph’s Advocacy Plan be approved.

Chief Administrative Officer 2025 Performance Objectives Review

• Recommendation:
  1. That the Chief Administrative Officer 2025 Performance Objectives as included in Attachment-1 to report 2025-05, dated January 14, 2025, be approved.
