Mayor Guthrie, introduced the Budget Confirmation Planning Workshop.
Shanna O'Dwyer, General Manager, Finance/City Treasurer, outlined the 2026 and 2027 capital and operating forecasted budgets and the budget schedule. 
Jodie Sales, General Manager, Strategic Initiatives and Intergovernmental Services, provided closing remarks and next steps.

Shanna O'Dwyer, General Manager, Finance/City Treasurer, and Mayor Guthrie facilitated the interactive discussion portion of the workshop.
