Mayor Guthrie provided a summary stating that appointments were made to a Committee in relation to item 2.4 February 2024 Public Appointments to the Committee of Adjustment. An open meeting motion relating to these appointments is provided below under item 8.1 on the open meeting agenda. Direction was also given to staff on items 2.5 Bargaining Mandate Report - International Alliance of Theatrical Stage Employees (IATSE) and item 2.6 Comprehensive Zoning By-law - Ontario Land Tribunal Update.

      1. Wyndham Street – Carden Street to Woolwich Street as one lane of traffic in each direction with parallel parking and separated unidirectional bike paths along both sides of the road with flexibility to accommodate the seasonal patio program; and,
      2. St. George’s Square as an offset intersection similar to existing conditions with operational improvements and separated unidirectional bike paths.
