Mayor Guthrie called the meeting to order.

Mayor Guthrie provided opening remarks for the 2024-2027 Multi-Year Budget Workshop. Scott Stewart, Chief Administrative Officer, introduced the 2024-2027 Multi-Year Budget Workshop. Glen Lombard, Manager, Community Engagement led Council through a facilitated discussion regarding the 2024-2027 Multi-Year Budget Workshop.

Council recessed. (7:41 p.m.)
Council reconvened (7:49 p.m.)

Glen Lombard, Manager, Community Engagement continued to lead Council through a facilitated discussion regarding the 2024-2027 Multi-Year Budget Workshop.

Mayor's Announcement

 

Mayor Guthrie announced that there is a Ward 4 Budget Town Hall taking place at the West End Recreation Centre on November 23, 2023 at 7:00 p.m. in the Lions Room.
