Mayor Guthrie called the meeting to order. (4:00 p.m.)

Scott Stewart, Chief Administrative Officer, offered opening remarks.

Jodie Sales, General Manager, Strategic, Innovation and Intergovernmental Services, explained the strategic planning and performance processes.

Tara Baker, General Manager, Finance/City Treasurer, outlined how the Multi-year Budget fits within the Strategic Plan.

Sabine Matheson, Director, Strategy Corp Inc., presented the draft Guelph Future Focused Strategic Plan and led a round table discussion with Council and the Executive team on the strategic pillars.
