Mayor Guthrie introduced Guelph Growth Management and Affordable Housing Monitoring Report.

Councillor Allt raised a point of privilege, suggesting that comments made by Councillor Chew impugned the integrity of staff. Chair O’Rourke ruled in favour of the point of privilege and Krista Walkey, General Manager, Planning and Building Services, made a statement in response.
