Emma Street to Earl Street Bridge Project Update: Approval has been received from the Ministry of Environment, Conservation and Parks to proceed with the Emma to Earl Bridge Project. The Minister of the Environment, Conservation and Parks denied the Order request under Section 16 of the Environmental Assessment Act. Staff are expected to return to the AAC regarding this project in October 2023. See News Release for more details: City of Guelph moving ahead with Emma Street to Earl Street foot and bike bridge.
