Mayor Guthrie called the meeting to order (4:00 p.m.).

Mayor Guthrie provided opening remarks regarding the Ward 6 Councillor Vacancy Appointment.

Stephen O'Brien, General Manager, City Clerk's Office/City Clerk, introduced the Ward 6 Councillor Vacancy Appointment and presented regarding procedural matters on the appointment process.

  1. That Council appoint Katherine Hauser to fill the vacant Ward 6 Councillor seat for the term ending November 15, 2026.
