Mayor Guthrie called the meeting to order (9:02 a.m.). 

Tara Baker, Chief Administrative Officer, introduced the Mayor's Draft 2025 Budget Update. 
Jodie Sales, General Manager, Strategic Initiatives and Intergovernmental Services, provided an update on the strategic plan as it relates to the budget.
Colleen Clack-Bush, Deputy Chief Administrative Officer, Public Services, provided an update on the various service areas.
Shanna O'Dwyer, Acting General Manager, Finance/City Treasurer, provided an update on the capital budget. 
Council recessed at 9:30 a.m.
Council reconvened at 9:45 a.m.
Trevor Lee, Deputy Chief Administrative Officer, Corporate Services, expanded on the capital budget.
Jayne Holmes, Deputy Chief Administrative Officer, Infrastructure, Development and Environment, expanded further on the capital budget.
Terry Gayman, General Manager, Engineering and Transportation Services, explained how the budget relates to maintaining good state of repair and good level of service.
Council recessed at 11:48 a.m.
Council reconvened at 12:20 p.m.
