Chair Harrington called the meeting to order at 5:04 p.m.

Chair Harrington provided the Indigenous Territorial Acknowledgement.

  That the committee recommend that staff work with the Heritage department provide the committee with any background information they have on both suggested names Sloan Hill and Margaret Beaumont, that any such material be shared to the committee in advance of the next meeting on May 7, 2025.
