Chair Epp called the meeting to order at 12:05 p.m.

Chair Epp provided disclosure of pecuniary related to item 3.7 Evaluation of campus properties for Part IV designation.

    That the minutes from the January 13, 2025 and January 27, 2025 meetings of the Heritage Guelph Committee, be approved.

    1. That Heritage Guelph advises City Council that 19 Woodycrest Drive merits designation under Part IV, Section 29 of the Ontario Heritage Act; and
    2. That Heritage Guelph advises City Council that the committee supports the heritage attributes for 19 Woodycrest Drive as described in Heritage Planning staff’s report in the revised agenda for the meeting of Heritage Guelph on February 6, 2025.

Brenna MacKinnon, Project Manager and Stacy Laughlin, Downtown Revitalization Adviser provided a presentation on Draft Official Plan Amendment for Downtown Heights Study.

    1. That the historic streetscape is maintained at human scale as best as possible; and
    2. Maintain the relationship between the pedestrian and building facades.
