Greg Clark, Manager, Special Projects, outlined different capital investments and funding strategies.
Karen Newland, Manager, Finance Client Services and Budget, explained the City's multi-year budgeting process.
Stephanie Devost, Senior Corporate Analyst, provided information on the 2023 approved operating budget.
