Moved by: Member Lytle Seconded by: Member Cameron That the AAC reviewed the Seasonal Patio Program and recommend that the following recommendations made by the AAC on October 17th, 2023 be considered: Turning radius and paths of travel within patios; and Making sure that operators are aware of the importance of vehicles for access to the patio spaces; and Additionally, the AAC would like the City to know that road closures need to be viewed as potential barriers for people with disabilities; and That pedestrian areas need vehicle access because cars and other vehicles are mobility devices for some and the City needs to be aware of that and considered.
