The meeting was called to order at 3:01 p.m.

AAC Orientation and Education Workshop

Advisory Committee of Council General Roles, Responsibilities and Procedural Training

Garrett Meades, Acting Manager, Legislative Services/Deputy City Clerk, presented on Advisory Committee of Council General Roles, Responsibilities and Procedural Training.

Orientation and Training from the Accessibility Liaisons on Specific Roles and Responsibilities

Leanne Warren, Supervisor Accessibility Services and Kayla Besse, Accessibility Coordinator presented on Orientation and Training from the Accessibility Liaisons on Specific Roles and Responsibilities.

Election of AAC Chair and Vice-Chair

• Moved by: Member G. De Sero 
  Seconded by: Member J. Noonan

  1. That Giovanni De Sero be elected as the Chair of the Accessibility Advisory Committee for a term ending in November 2026, or until a successor is appointed.

• 1. That Judy Noonan be elected as the Vice-chair of the Accessibility Advisory Committee for a term ending in November 2026, or until a successor is appointed. 
  Carried
