Mayor Guthrie called the meeting to order. (10:00 a.m.)

    1. That the Council of the City of Guelph now hold a meeting that is closed to the public, pursuant to the Municipal Act, Section 239(2) (c) a proposed or pending acquisition or disposition of land by the municipality or local board.

Mayor Guthrie spoke regarding the matters discussed in closed session and identified the following:

    1. That the Mayor and City Clerk be directed to execute the Agreement of Purchase and Sale for the acquisition of property, as included in the Acquisition of Property for New Paramedic Station closed report dated March 20th, 2024.
