Mayor Guthrie called the meeting to order. (6:02 p.m.)

Jayne Holmes, Deputy Chief Administrative Officer, Infrastructure, Development and Environment, introduced the Transition Plan Overview.
Chad Scott, Manager, Logistics and Site Operations, provided a safety orientation. 
Heather Connell, Manager, Business and Technical Services, discussed the transition plan.
Rob Reid, Project Manager, Solid Waste Resources, outlined next steps related to the transition plan.
