    39. That staff be directed to conduct further recruitment for any advisory committees, local boards, and commissions that have remaining vacancies.

    40. That the Guelph Sports Hall of Fame Board of Directors be dissolved at the request of the Board of Directors and that the members be formally thanked for their services.
