Mayor Guthrie called the meeting to order 3:46 p.m..

Mayor Guthrie provided a summary stating that staff direction was given on item 2.4, Clair Maltby Secondary Plan. Mayor Guthrie also advised that Council received Procedure By-law training and had discussions to clarify sections of the by-law, but no direction was given.
