Jayne Holmes, Deputy Chief Administrative Office, Infrastructure Development and Enterprise, provided an introduction to the workshop.
Colleen Clack-Bush, Deputy Chief Administrative Office, Public Services presented on the housing continuum and current supports provided by the City.
Jayne Holmes, Deputy Chief Administrative Office, Infrastructure Development and Enterprise continued the presentation on the housing continuum.
Krista Walkey, General Manager, Planning and Building Services presented on the current and future and housing supply in the city of Guelph.
Terry Gayman, General Manager, Engineering and Transportation Services presented on capital projects supporting housing growth.
Krista Walkey, General Manager, Planning and Building Services presented options for the City to impact housing supply.
Luke Jefferson, Strategic Property Advisor presented on strategic real estate options.
