Mayor Guthrie called the meeting to order. (9:33 a.m.)

Stephen O'Brien, General Manager, City Clerk's Office/City Clerk, provided Councillors with training on Accountability and Transparency, and Local Boards and Advisory Committees of Council. He also spoke about the distribution of Council agendas and other meeting materials.

Stephen O'Brien, General Manager, City Clerk's Office/City Clerk, led Councillors through a Mock City Council Meeting and explained different technologies used at City Council meetings.

Councillor O'Rourke assumed the role of Chair. (11:42 a.m.)
