Mayor Guthrie called the meeting to order. (10:00 p.m.)

Jayne Holmes, Deputy Chief Administrative Officer, Infrastructure, Development and Enterprise Services, provided opening remarks.

Terry Gayman, General Manager, Engineering and Transportation Services, provided opening remarks and outlined the workshop's goals.

Ralph Bond, Principal, B.A. Group, explained the study being done about parking in the downtown area and the goals of the Downtown Parking Master Plan.

Sue Cummings, Facilitator, Cummings+Company, facilitated a discussion regarding the Downtown Parking Master Plan.

Councillor Caron raised a point of order asking for questions to be allowed before comments. Mayor Guthrie opened the floor to questions from members of City Council.
