• Recommendation:

  THAT the comments provided by Planning Advisory Committee members on the draft proposed Official Plan Amendment for the Clair-Maltby Secondary Plan be provided to staff and Council for their consideration.

Local Planning Decision Making and Provincial Legislative Changes

  1. THAT Planning Advisory Committee members review previous city comments on recent provincial consultations related to Planning matters.

  2. THAT the Planning Advisory Committee consider the provision of advice to Council on ‘local planning decision making and provincial legislative changes” at the October meeting.
