Mayor Guthrie called the meeting to order. (10:00 am)

Mayor Guthrie introduced the item.

Scott Stewart, Chief Administrative Officer, provided opening remarks.

Daniel Beemsigne, Acting General Manager, Strategy, Innovation and Intergovernmental Services, provided an overview of each pillar in Guelph's Strategic Plan, Future Ready 2019-2023.

Shanna O'Dwyer, Acting General Manager, Finance, spoke to the 2023 approved operating budget as it relates to the strategic plan.
