Mayor Guthrie called the meeting to order (6:02 p.m.).

Stephen O'Brien, Acting Deputy Chief Administrative Officer, Infrastructure, Development and Enterprise Services, provided opening remarks for the workshop.

Susan Hall, Facilitator, LURA Consulting, conducted a land acknowledgment and provided an outline of the agenda.

Natalie Goss, Senior Policy Planner, Planning and Building Services, outlined forecasts and targets under the Growth Plan for the Greater Golden Horseshoe - A Place to Grow.

Wayne Galliher, Manager, Water Services, provided information on water supply considerations concerning the Water Supply Master Plan and "A Place to Grow".

Tim Robertson, Manager, Wastewater Services, provided information on wastewater treatment and biosolids considerations in relation to "A Place to Grow".

Jamie Cook, Director, Watson and Associates, provided details on the type of housing across three different scenarios as well as future growth targets.

Paddy Kennedy, Partner and Technical Lead, Dillon Consulting, explained the proposed growth scenarios evaluation framework and outlined key considerations.

Natalie Goss, Senior Policy Planner, Planning and Building Services, provided an overview of the proposed urban structure, intensification corridors, and nodes around higher-density mixed uses.
