    That the Council of the City of Guelph now hold a meeting that is closed to the public, pursuant to Section 239 (2) (b) and (d) of the Municipal Act related to personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees; and labour relations or employee negotiations.

Mayor Guthrie spoke regarding the matters addressed in closed and identified the following:

Review of Chief Administrative Officer 2019 Performance Objectives and Setting of Revised 2020 Objectives

Information was received and the Committee discussed with the Chief Administrative Officer the subject matter. No direction was given on the matter. Mayor Guthrie advised that the revised 2020 objectives will be shared publicly at a future Council meeting.
