Introduction to Land Use Planning in Ontario

Jayne Holmes, Deputy CAO, Infrastructure, Development and Enterprise Services, introduced the Land Use Planning Topic.
Krista Walkey, General Manager, Planning and Building Services, spoke about Land Use Planning and A Place to Grow: Growth Plan.
Chris DeVriendt, Manager, Development Planning, spoke to the Zoning bylaw and the planning process.
Melissa Aldunate, Manager, Policy Planning and Urban Design, spoke about Heritage Planning, Environmental Planning and Affordable Housing. 
Councillor O'Rourke assumed the chair (3:58 p.m.)
Jeremy Laur, Chief Building Official, Planning and Building services, spoke about Building Services.
Krista Walkey, General Manager, Planning and Building Services, spoke about the Comprehensive Zoning Bylaw review.
