    That the Council of the City of Guelph now hold a meeting that is closed to the public, pursuant to Section 239 (2)(b) and (d) of the Municipal Act related to personal matters about an identifiable individual, including municipal or local board employees and labour relations or employee negotiations.

Mayor Guthrie spoke regarding matters discussed in closed session and identified the following: 

Disclosures of Pecuniary Interest and the General Nature Thereof
There were no disclosures. 

Chief Administrative Officer Sub-committee Performance Evaluation for 2020 and Performance Objectives Setting for 2021. 
Council received information and no direction was given.
