Development Charges 101 Workshop Council Memo - 2023-304

Tara Baker, General Manager, Finance/City Treasurer, provided opening remarks.

Kevin Yaraskavitch, Senior Corporate Analyst, explained what development charges are and how they are calculated.

Gary Scandlan, Managing Partner, Watson and Associations, made himself available for questions.
