The existing service area chairs and vice-chairs will maintain their existing authority granted to them and related to various processes and procedures outside of Committee of the Whole meetings.Recommendation: That the Mayor be appointed as a Committee of the Whole vice-chair for all service areas for the purpose of chairing electronic Committee of the Whole meetings until the next Governance Review to be completed by the end of Q1 2021.
