12 Forbes Avenue - Proposed Demolition of a Non-heritage Structure Designated Under Part V of the Ontario Heritage Act, 2023-247

• Recommendation:
  1. THAT Heritage Guelph provides the following advice to the Council of the City of Guelph with respect to the proposed demolition of the accessory structure at 12 Forbes Avenue:
     • The accessory structure is a non-heritage structure and demolition should be permitted

Heritage Designation Consultation Process - 2023-219

• Recommended Motion:
  1. THAT Heritage Guelph supports the proposed process for consultation with members on research and recommendations for designation of properties under Part IV, Section 29 of the Ontario Heritage Act and that members support the updates to the agenda as set out in the June 12, 2023 report.
