If a section drawing is available to help understand the visual impact of the proposed building on the adjacent HCD and if environmental impacts created by the development would be considered. Asking the committee to start thinking about the 2024 designation priorities as staff currently review the list of properties, the list will be provided to committee members in December for consideration. The November 21, 2023 Council Planning meeting, where 331 Clair Road East and 49 Metcalfe Street notice of intention to designate reports will be going to Council for approval. Victoria Nagy, Heritage Planner, provided committee members with updates on: Some timelines on the draft downtown Guelph HCD study, committee members can expect to receive this in the new year. Staff are proposing doing some outreach to listed property owners as it relates to designation priorities, members will be invited to participate and attend workshops or drop-in sessions. Staff have started to prepare for heritage week in February and invite committee members to connect if they want certain properties highlighted. 1.Update on delegation to Council for 2187 Gordon Street NOID Member D.
